- Place fish in a pot with
plenty of water. Boil until fish is cooked.
- Remove fish from water and
shred into small pieces.
- Add moistened bread, 1 grated
onion, 1 egg, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
- Mix well. Take small pieces of
mixture and shape then into fingers.
- Flour fish fingers. Whisk
remaining eggs and dip fingers in the egg mixture.
- Fry fingers in hot oil. Drain
and serve with French fries.
